The NERV website and all products sold through it are operated by NERV Recovery Pty Ltd, incorporated in Australia. References to 'NERV', 'we', 'us', or 'our' refer to NERV Recovery Pty Ltd.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website, or have parental or guardian consent. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time of your order confirmation applies to that order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. NERV is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Our product warranty terms are set out at /warranty and form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory warranty rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

All content on the NERV website — including text, images, product designs, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to NERV and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any NERV content without our express written permission.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its related systems.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without our written consent.

NERV does not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NERV's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. NERV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new 'last updated' date. For material changes we will provide additional notice (such as an email notification). Your continued use of the site after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
