Warranty

Every NERV device is built to perform under daily use and backed by a comprehensive warranty. We stand behind the quality of our products. If something fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll fix it or replace it.

What's Covered

NERV provides a 1-year limited warranty on all hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers:

  • Failures of electronic components, motors, pumps, and control circuits.
  • Defects in compression chambers, seals, and air-delivery systems.
  • Battery and charging system failures under normal use conditions.
  • Manufacturing faults in structural components and enclosures.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage caused by operating the device outside of its specified parameters or in environments it was not designed for.
  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and broken plastic that does not affect functionality.
  • Damage caused by servicing performed by anyone other than an authorized NERV service provider.
  • Consumable parts such as inflation tubes, extension hoses, or carry bags unless damage occurred due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers.
  • Damage caused by use with third-party accessories not approved by NERV.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase and lasts for 1 year. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required to make a warranty claim. Replaced or repaired products carry the remaining warranty of the original unit, or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email support@nervrecovery.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim" and include your order number, product name, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video if possible.
  2. Our warranty team will respond within 2 business days to assess your claim.
  3. If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (domestic orders). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our service center.
  4. Once we receive and diagnose the product (typically 3–5 business days), we will repair or replace it at our discretion and ship it back to you free of charge.

Remedy

At NERV's sole discretion, a valid warranty claim will be remedied by repair of the defective product, replacement with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater specification, or, if neither repair nor replacement is available, a full refund of the original purchase price. NERV does not cover consequential costs such as travel, labor by a third party, or lost income.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is void if the product is resold, gifted, or transferred to a third party without NERV's written consent. We are unable to honor warranty claims for products purchased second-hand or from unauthorised retailers.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your product is outside the warranty period or the damage is not covered, we still want to help. Contact support@nervrecovery.com to enquire about out-of-warranty repair options and pricing. Our service team will provide a quote before any work is carried out.

Consumer Law Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer-protection legislation in your jurisdiction. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
